Winemaker Jean-Pierre Wolff's tasting notes on current vintages
2009 Chardonnay Old Vine
Our Chardonnay has a forward nose of fragrant tropical fruit, ripe pineapple and guava, with smooth buttery undertone. It is well balanced with citrusy acidity on light toasted oak and has a long and elegant finish.

2010 Dry Alsatian Style Riesling
This Riesling is fruit forward with flowery notes, a hint of orange blossoms and dried apricot. The cool climate acidity exhibits a long finish to this elegant and balanced white wine.

2009 Pinot Noir
Bright red fruit with black cherry and strawberry aromas. A hint of cola is interlaced with white pepper notes. The focused finish has good acidity backbone with light toasted oak and smooth tannins.

2008 Brixie's Red
Brix is the sugar content of grapes; our family dog is a sweet female pure bred black lab. We thought appropriately to call her Brixie!
Brixie's Red is a celebration of our happy vineyard dog. We blended Syrah, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon sourced from selected barrel lots to produce a big, friendly red wine.

2010 Teroldego
Our Teroldego, a rarely grown grape in the U.S., is a dark inky red, seriously lively and fruity wine with relatively low tannins and soft acidity for early drinking. This Italian-Tyrolean grape is grown almost exclusively in the Northeastern part of Italy near Bolzano, and in our Edna Valley Vineyard.
Due to a low production, our 2010 vintage has been reserved for our wine club members only
